The transition to organic winegrowing does not happen overnight. It involves a complex approach and the conversion period is critical. Treatment products can be washed away and are strictly preventive, and the green cover under the vines must be properly managed. The pace of work and reasoning behind it are therefore no longer the same. For the conversion to organic viticulture to be successful, it must be carried out methodically. I offer partial or complete assistance in converting your entire vineyard or certain plots to organic viticulture by defining a schedule of actions and then helping to implement the transition.

First of all, an audit of the vineyard is performed. This takes into account both the vines and the available means (human and material). I then establish a transition management schedule. A customized assistance programme is then established. In the vineyard, this assistance will be carried out in the context of restoring the balance between the soil and the vines to reduce their sensitivity to parasites and pests. Since treatments can be washed away, the impact of contamination occurring after leaching and before protection is renewed will depend on how sensitive the vines are and their ability to activate their natural defences.
